For most apparel items (made from premium Cotton and Polyester blends):
- Domestic (US): $9 for the first item + $2 per additional item.
- International: $15.99 for the first item + $4 per additional item.
Shipping costs for trending products like championship merchandise or holiday gifts may vary. Check the exact fees at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our products are custom-made using Print-on-Demand (POD) technology, ensuring high-quality, unique designs. Delivery times depend on the product and shipping method:
- Standard Shipping:
- Apparel (e.g., sports, event, or single-themed shirts): Produced and shipped within 2-3 business days. Transit time is 1-7 days (US) or 4-15 days (international).
- Quilts: Produced and shipped within 8-12 business days. Transit time is 10-15 days in regular seasons.
- Fast Shipping: Delivered in 2-3 business days after 1-2 days of handling (availability depends on location and order size).
Note: Times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., holidays or championship events).
Can I expedite my order?
Currently, expedited shipping is not available as all products are custom-made after purchase. We’re exploring ways to offer faster shipping options for our US, Canada, and global customers. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. To send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via DHL or UPS, with final delivery handled by USPS (military mail system). APO shipments may take up to 45 additional days, and tracking updates may stop once the package enters the military system for security reasons.
Will I be charged VAT taxes?
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning VAT, customs duties, or taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. These fees vary by country and are not included in our prices. Contact your local customs office for details. For EU/UK orders, a 20% VAT rate may apply.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also find tracking details in your account or via the carrier’s website.
What if I haven’t received my order?

To change or cancel an order, email us at [email protected] with your order details. Cancellations are only possible before production starts. Once printing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
How do I check my order status?

Replacements, Exchanges, and Returns
What is your return policy?
Our Return & Refund Policy allows returns within 30 days for eligible items. Apparel must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Non-returnable items include personalized products and gift cards.
My shirt doesn’t fit. What can I do?
You can exchange unworn, unused apparel for a different size (same style/color) within 10 days of delivery. Customers cover return and exchange shipping costs. Email us at [email protected] to start the process. Non-apparel items (e.g., posters, hats) are not exchangeable.
I’m unsatisfied with my product. What can I do?
We aim to deliver top-quality Cotton/Polyester products. If your item is flawed, has poor print quality, or is incorrect, email us at [email protected] with photos and details. If approved, we’ll provide a free replacement. For other issues, we’ll review your claim and may offer a return (customer pays shipping).
What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect?
Email us at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll ship a replacement within 72 business hours if the claim is valid.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account.

Customers cover return shipping costs, which are deducted from refunds.
